About The Position

The Sr. Construction Loan Specialist leads complex construction-loan setup and budget reviews in Built, oversees inspection and draw processes, and analyzes and resolves discrepancies in budgets, reports, and documentation. The role also mentors junior team members, supports adoption and optimization of Built across stakeholders, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve loan administration practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction lending and all aspects of loans and lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
• Ability to review and analyze complex budgets, financial documents, and inspection reports.
• Sound judgment and excellent independent decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• High level of accuracy in reviewing documents and managing financial transactions.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain the integrity of the loan process.
