About The Position

The Sr. Commercial Systems Analyst is the global architect of our global Sales and Marketing CRM (Salesforce/SFDC) and plays an integral part of designing commercial models, analysis, and dashboards leveraging data and tools from our tech stack, including Salesforce, Trackwise, Conga/Salesforce CPQ, and BI tools (i.e., Tableau, Pigment). You own the complete lifecycle of commercial analytics and CRM strategy (SFDC), bridging the gap between complex data and executive decision-making. Acting as the connective tissue between Commercial Operations, IT, and the business, you translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Your goal is to ensure data integrity across our global platforms and to transform raw operational data into the strategic insights and user-centric reporting dashboards that drive our global growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ (Conga/Salesforce), and BI (Pigment, Tableau) tools.
  • Expert-level administrator with deep knowledge of Flow Builder, Custom Objects, and Data Architecture.
  • Expert-level capabilities in Tableau and Excel; experience with EPM tools (Pigment/Anaplan), and multidimensional business modeling is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL Python for database querying and dashboard coding (both preferred); exposure to ERP systems (QAD) and Quality Management tools (Track wise) preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical project management experience, overseeing the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to UAT and global training.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (Medical Device or MedTech preferred) with specific knowledge of contracting/pricing workflows (capital equipment sales knowledge preferred).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proven track record of mapping complex commercial processes and implementing scalable, standardized business solutions with attention to detail.
  • High degree of autonomy and perseverance; able to prioritize multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the hands-on expert for Salesforce, managing configurations, automated flows, security, and overall system health.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting using SFDC, Trackwise, & BI Platforms (Tableau, Pigment, etc.) to structure and translate raw data into actionable performance improvements.
  • Architect and streamline end-to-end data integration frameworks to synchronize large scale commercial datasets to ensure single “source of truth” for cross-departmental reporting and commercial decision-making.
  • Design and maintain multi-dimensional commercial models to assess the impact of market shifts and strategy changes.
  • Develop high-visibility reporting and spearhead data hygiene initiatives to ensure integrity across all business systems.
  • Optimize end-to-end sales processes—including quoting, contracting, and order flow—while ensuring alignment with pricing and approval controls.
  • Implement and support standardized workflows within SFDC and collaborate with other internal teams to identify and update other existing tools to drive global commercial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to optimize go-to-market strategies and deliver on commercial KPIs.
  • Design dashboards with a tailored UX that simplifies complex data into clear, visual insights for leadership.
  • Lead the on-time end-to-end rollout of new features, managing everything from initial requirement gathering and external consultants to global user training.
  • Provide daily troubleshooting and bug-fix management for CRM and CPQ platforms to ensure high system uptime.
  • Partner with Commercial Ops and Marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives and lead alignment and execution of requirements, deliverables, and schedule for all departments involved.
