Government Employees Health Association, Inc. The Sr Clinical Strategist responsibilities require application of critical thinking, effective problem solving, and decision making to influence not only to the outcomes of our population, but to improve programs and processes across the organization. The Strategist will lead enterprise-wide projects, using a clinical approach, which make systemic improvements to GEHA’s ability to impact health outcomes for our members. The Sr Clinical Strategist is a consulting level professional with broad experience and in-depth knowledge in a specialized area and a strong business acumen. Incumbents contribute to the organization’s strategic goals, acting independently to achieve results. They will function as an advisor to Senior Leadership inside and outside the division.
