The Subs & Growth team is looking for a Strategy & Activation Lead who can bring clarity and momentum to a fast-moving growth marketing environment. This is a true hybrid role — equal parts strategic thinker and operational executor — built for someone who can define the path forward and make sure the team is moving down it. You'll quickly identify the problem, work with analytics to interpret product usage and owned-channel performance data, and turn that into a clear POV, sharp frameworks, and actionable recommendations. But you won't stop at the deck — you'll own translating that strategy into prioritized workstreams, coordinating cross-functional execution, and tracking progress against goals.
