About The Position

As a Senior Client Service Representative within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will utilize your expertise in financial services products and customer service to assist clients with their daily banking needs. This role involves being the primary point of contact, taking the lead in answering questions, facilitating transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the appropriate team members to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be expected to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The position is full-time and on-site, designed to foster an environment where you can thrive.
