Job Description Redwood Wealth Advisors is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who is energized by delivering exceptional service, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in supporting clients with care, precision, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the steady, trusted point of contact for advisors and clients—someone who can balance relationship management with operational excellence in a fast moving wealth management practice. Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related client‑service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, warm, and professional.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, advisor‑led environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/workflow tools.
  • A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and fiduciary‑level care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, inquiries, and service needs, delivering a warm, responsive, and solutions‑oriented experience.
  • Support money movement, account maintenance, and asset transfers with accuracy and adherence to firm controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with advisors, custodians, and internal partners to ensure timely and complete execution of client transactions.
  • Research and resolve escalated issues, providing clear communication and proactive follow‑through.
  • Prepare client materials using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintain organized documentation in our CRM and workflow systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client relationship, including additional planning needs or service improvements.
  • Contribute to a team‑based culture, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and calm.
