About The Position

Join our team as a Client Service Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for credit unions needing support. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is a great fit! This is a part-time position with specific hours: Wednesday 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM, Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. CUAnswers is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) owned by its credit union clients. We offer a full suite of integrated solutions to these credit unions, enabling them to serve their members. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1–2 years of admin or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent typing/phone skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, client-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming client calls and provide software support
  • Research issues and offer effective solutions
  • Escalate cases to the appropriate team when needed
  • Document software concerns and contribute to team goals
  • Continue growing your skills and knowledge
  • Provide occasional on-site training or support as needed
