About The Position

The Sr. Business Requirements Analyst owns business requirements management across three connected domains supporting Rivian’s warehouse and manufacturing data operations: Warehouse Systems, Master Data, and operational exceptions (“Grief”). The role translates ambiguous, cross-system operational issues into clear, prioritized, actionable requirements and works across Warehouse Operations, IT/Engineering, Material Flow Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and leadership. It is onsite in Normal, Illinois. The position requires strong SAP expertise and hands-on data analytics skills. The analyst investigates and quantifies operational issues using SQL and Databricks, manages requirements and traceability, supports master data and PFEP governance, and tracks recurring exception and system-performance metrics. Relevant experience includes business requirements management, supply chain analytics, warehouse operations, or system implementation.
