The position involves analyzing moderately complex business objectives, engaging closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, and ensuring the implementation of the product vision. The Product Owner will own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production, research and analyze complex business system issues, and develop recommendations to improve processes. They will lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects, continuously communicating product objectives. Building a backlog of product features, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized, and collaborating with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions are key responsibilities. The role also includes simulating and testing process systems improvements, considering usability and industry standards, approving each feature, and continuously communicating with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proactively evaluate risks. Driving sprint and release plans and communicating changes to business teams are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting healthcare data integrations and automation platforms
  • Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, compliance, and technology teams
  • Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.
