The purpose of this position is to analyze moderately complex business objectives and engage closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure the implementation of the product vision. The role involves owning the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production, researching and analyzing complex business system issues, and developing recommendations to improve processes. It also includes leading meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects, continuously communicating product objectives, and building a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized. Collaboration with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions, simulating and testing process systems improvements considering usability and industry standards, and approving each feature are key aspects. Continuous communication with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proactively evaluate risks, as well as driving sprint and release plans and communicating changes to business teams are also essential responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience.
Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends.
Knowledge of Information Technology.

Experience working with correspondence or document generation platforms supporting regulated communications.
Demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements into automated workflows, including multi-state notice logic and compliance validation rules.
Experience designing or managing end-to-end communication workflows that connect clinical or operational decisions to automated member and provider notifications across multiple channels.

Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.

Responsibilities
