Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and healthcare data exchange standards is crucial, along with the ability to support automation efforts alongside technical teams. Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and technology teams, including experience working with vendors or external partners, are essential. This position analyzes moderately complex business objectives, engages closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, and ensures the implementation of the product vision. The role owns the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production, researches and analyzes complex business system issues, and develops recommendations to improve processes. Responsibilities include leading meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects, continuously communicating product objectives, and building a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized. Collaboration with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions, simulating and testing process systems improvements considering usability and industry standards, and approving each feature are key. Continuous communication with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and proactive risk evaluation is expected. The role also drives sprint and release plans and communicates changes to business teams.

Requirements

Knowledge of Care Management workflows and managed care environments, including regulatory considerations, with experience in care management platforms or clinical workflow automation tools.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and healthcare data exchange standards, with the ability to support automation efforts alongside technical teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and technology teams, including experience working with vendors or external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
5+ years of product management experience or equivalent work experience.
Deep knowledge of specified product domain and industry trends.
Knowledge of Information Technology.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.

Responsibilities
