The Sr Business Development Manager, SBL is responsible for growing LendingClub's SBA and conventional commercial lending portfolio by developing new client relationships and delivering financing solutions that help small businesses achieve their goals. In this role, you'll partner with clients, referral sources, and internal stakeholders to originate high-quality loans while providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the lending lifecycle. You'll play a key role in expanding LendingClub's presence in the market by building trusted relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that support both client success and business growth.
