About The Position

This position will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial business systems and applications within the organization. This role involves analyzing business needs, configuring systems solutions, and ensuring that systems function optimally to support business operations and objectives.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent required, advanced education preferred
5 to 6 years application administration, analysis and support experience
5 years’ experience administering Fiserv DNA
Experience in application implementation, application support, business systems analysis, application development and system training in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management skills, with proven capability in leading projects and workgroups
Some experience in direct or indirect team or group leadership – project management, work team supervision, etc.
Direct administration and/or implementation experience business applications directly responsible to administer
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows server/desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio
Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and business analysis skills
Well organized, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified

Fiserv DNA experience (eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 3 years)
Preferred experience with Card Wizard/Instant Issue, MeridianLink/Account Origination, Q2/OLB, ITMs, CFM/Cash Recyclers, tMagic/Check21, Nautilus, Velera/Card Services, Ascensus/Retirement Services

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
Analyze business needs and design system solutions to meet those requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements and automation.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Execute test plans to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing functionality.
Ensure the continuous operation and optimization of business systems including software updates, patches and troubleshooting issues.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles withing business systems.
Regularly monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize downtime.
Deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient with business systems and processes.
Provide tier 2/3 support for system related issues.
Work with vendors and IT staff as necessary.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
