About The Position

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst for their Vernon Hills, IL location. This role involves SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis and development, focusing on order management, pricing, and logistics. The analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing, configuring, and testing solutions. The position requires participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations, including Make-To-Stock and Make-To-Order scenarios. The role also includes leading IT projects, communicating effectively with supervisors and team members, collaborating with internal and external partners, adhering to company policies and safety procedures, and providing software-related problem-solving assistance to staff and users. Background checks, including drug screening, may be required.

Requirements

Bachelors in Info Systems, Comp Sci, Comp. Engr, Data Analytics, or rel field.
5 years relevant IT exp.
5 years exp in SAP OTC in order mgmt, pricing, and logistics.
SAP configuration with demonstrable end results.
Experience with SD(FI), SD(PP) and SD(MM).
Experience with Logistics Execution (Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Mgmt, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse mgmt, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading, Warehouse Mgmt).
Experience with Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit mgmt, output mgmt, condition techniques, Third party orders, consignments.
Experience with Material determination, listing and exclusions.
Experience with BW reporting or custom reporting.
Experience with Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go live environment.
1 year exp in lead IT projects.
1 year exp in Variant configuration with BOM, material variant configuration.

Responsibilities

SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis & development in order management, pricing, & logistics.
Determine business requirements & translate them into technical specs.
Design, configure and test best-fit solutions.
Participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations incl. Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios.
Lead IT projects.
Communicate issues to supervisors & team, using effective oral & written communication skills.
Work professionally with int & ext partners.
Follow safety procedures & co. policies.
Assist staff & users to solve software related problems.
