Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role is a 6-month contract position located in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL: Must be able to write joins, subqueries, and window functions to audit large datasets.
• Proven experience in creating Source-to-Target Mappings (STTM) and data flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex source data sets and business processes to define comprehensive mapping logic.
• Create the "Source-to-Target" documentation used by the development teams.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and gaps in source systems before they hit the production pipeline.
• Build and execute automated reporting frameworks to track data conversion health.
• Perform side-by-side reconciliations between load-ready files and destination systems to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Create and present mapping materials for socialization and formal sign-off.
• Provide regular status updates to the broader project team, translating technical data hurdles into clear business impacts.
• Support the verification phase by triaging system issues.
• Analyze incidents, determine root causes, and develop status reports to keep stakeholders informed of resolution progress.
