Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of relevant financial services experience.
Advanced skills with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Cognos, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and Google Cloud for data manipulation and analysis.
Expertise in designing dashboards and reports that convey insights visually and support strategic business decisions.
Ability to access and interpret data from enterprise data warehouses and supply chains.
Clear, persuasive communication tailored to stakeholders, including proactive information sharing and effectiveness in high-stakes or conflict-driven conversations.
Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and consult with mid-level leaders to resolve issues and influence outcomes.
Ability to apply banking and financial insight to data-informed strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
Structured problem-solving skills, including anticipating risks, integrating cross-functional perspectives, identifying trends, and thoroughly evaluating solutions.
Experience reviewing work, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Ability to meet goals, maintain accountability and focus on priorities, and escalate challenges when needed.
Familiarity with Agile development practices, including iterative development and continuous feedback loops.
Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Independently deliver moderate to complex analyses and reports.
