The Senior Brand Manager – HERDEZ® is the end-to-end business owner responsible for building HERDEZ® into a true megabrand across channels through holistic brand management, disciplined P&L leadership, and impactful innovation. This role leads brand strategy and execution across the full marketing mix while driving sustainable, profitable growth for a $116MM brand delivering $40.5MM in gross profit. The Senior Brand Manager will own the HERDEZ® P&L, set the long-term brand vision, and translate strategy into action by leading a team of brand managers and cross‑functional partners to deliver the everyday business, fuel close‑in innovation, and strengthen brand equity with consumers and customers.
