Requirements

Experience in developing and executing implementation project plans.
Experience in coordinating internal and external resource requirements and monitoring deliverables.
Experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating implementation project risks.
Experience in managing overall project governance, including stakeholder communication, meeting cadence, meeting facilitation, project documentation, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
Experience in a leadership capacity with leadership, business development, and internal business units in defining project scope and building and executing implementation plans for new clients.
Experience in leading implementation project teams.
Experience in guiding stakeholders and managing expectations.
Experience in defining and collecting metrics to determine implementation project progression.
Experience in ensuring implementation project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriately.
Experience in building and fostering cooperative and productive relationships with team members, internal/external stakeholders, and client contacts.
Experience in interacting with the Management Team to ensure results are achieved.
Experience in assisting in reviewing and developing innovative solutions to support the implementation process.
Experience in participating in finalist presentations to secure new business.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes implementation project plans to meet the specific requirements of each opportunity in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinates internal and external resource requirements and monitors deliverables.
Identifies, manages, and mitigates implementation project risks.
Manages overall project governance including stakeholder communication, meeting cadence, meeting facilitation, project documentation, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
Participates in a leadership capacity with leadership, business development, and internal business units in defining project scope and building and executing implementation plans for new clients for all GreenShield Adjudication products and services.
Leads implementation project teams, assuming accountability for coordinating the day-to-day and long-term operational aspects of implementation projects and their scope while ensuring client expectations are met.
Guides stakeholders and manages expectations with respect to Standard Service Delivery Guidelines.
Defines and collects metrics to determine implementation project progression and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable.
Ensures implementation project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriately, working with the entire Implementation Team to update as processes change.
Builds and fosters cooperative and productive relationships with team members, internal/external stakeholders, and client contacts while representing the interests of Green Shield.
Interacts with the Management Team to ensure results are achieved.
Assists in reviewing and developing innovative solutions to support the implementation process.
Participates in finalist presentations to secure new business when required.
Participates in continuous improvement by reviewing client feedback, outcomes, and best practices to evolve processes and services.
Leads and/or participates in other corporate or department projects as assigned.
