About The Position

We are seeking a proactive, resilient Sr. Benefits Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration of Saviynt’s global health and welfare programs. As a high-growth, international company, we move fast. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment—someone ready to bring order to ambiguity, build clear SOPs from scratch, and scale our global benefits infrastructure across multiple regions. (Note: Retirement, 401(k), and pension programs are managed separately.) Why you'll love this role: ● Get energised by helping people navigate important life benefits and solve their individual challenges. ● Care deeply about ensuring fairness and clarity in all aspects of benefits administration. ● Enjoy the challenge of understanding intricate details and translating them into actionable information. ● Thrive in a collaborative environment where you can share your expertise and learn from others. ● Find satisfaction in contributing to a positive employee experience through thoughtful benefits programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of benefits administration experience with a strong background supporting global/international employee populations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); CEBS or related professional certification is a plus.
  • Direct expertise managing complex Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and statutory leave requirements.
  • Strong project management ability with a proven track record of creating structure, documentation, and SOPs in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, global benefits administration portals, and EDI feed management.
  • Proficiency in invoice reconciliation, financial audits, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance and HRBPs.
  • Working knowledge of international statutory benefits and US regulations (COBRA, FMLA, ACA, HIPAA).
  • Exceptional adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced expertise in both Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)—must be comfortable leveraging both toolsets for complex data modeling, reporting, and documentation.

  • CEBS or related professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of global health, medical, dental, vision, life, and statutory fringe benefit programs across international entities.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert end-to-end for global and regional Leave of Absence processes (FMLA, statutory medical leave, parental leave, disability) with empathy and legal compliance.
  • Identify operational gaps, document undocumented workflows, and build scalable SOPs, employee benefit guides, and communications from the ground up.
  • Manage vendor EDI feeds, resolve data transmission errors within HRIS platforms, and ensure accurate record-keeping across regions.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance teams on cross-border employee escalations, budgeting, and headcount tracking.
  • Lead monthly invoice reconciliations across global benefit vendors, audit statements for accuracy, and report cost trends to Finance.
  • Manage broker and vendor relations globally for renewals, open enrollment, and regional regulatory compliance.
