The Sr Associate will collaborate on toy portfolio management, assisting with strategy and the product development pipeline. The role involves supporting the day-to-day management of product segments and acting as a point of contact for brand inquiries and information dissemination. This position will collaborate with the Senior Manager to support the development and maintenance of key product line tools and documents, contribute to business strategies, objectives, and insights, and assist in P&L management. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners (Product Design, Packaging, Development, etc.) to support the delivery of innovative and compelling toys to market on time and on budget, informed by consumer insights. The Sr Associate will also collaborate with the manager to support the development of global product strategies and help drive alignment across internal partners and key markets, assist in managing margin targets and line plans from initiation to completion, and prepare and support the delivery of presentations that communicate strategic direction to internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports product lifecycle management, partnering with supply planning, demand planning, retail, and commercial teams, contributes to global business reporting and analysis, and supports the development of creative briefs and provides product inputs for marketing initiatives. The Sr Associate will also monitor key trends, brands, and competitor performance across markets, providing relevant insights.
