About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic Sr. Associate, Marketing to support the activation of marketing technologies and implementation of channel enablement strategies. This role partners with marketing and distribution teams to drive engagement, streamline processes, and improve the efficiency of our channel enablement strategies. Marketing Enablement Technology Support Support the activation and distribution adoption of marketing enablement platforms including Seismic, Live Social, and Salesforce. Partner with marketing strategists to present capabilities and guidelines to distribution teams. Serve as a day-to-day resource for sales teams by answering questions and providing best practices on tools and usage. Manage the support inbox, ensuring timely responses and finding opportunities to improve workflows and processes. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to improve user experience and platform efficiency. Channel Enablement Content Support Support execution of organic social media strategies. Assist in the development and distribution of campaigns built to drive financial professional engagement. Help manage and maintain Firm Relations content approval and governance processes, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, and current. Provide limited compliance review processing support for distribution, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory standards. Additional Responsibilities Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support evolving channel enablement and marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal partners to find opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and innovation. Carry out additional tasks as assigned to assist with the requirements of the team and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) and at least 2+ years of related work experience required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and work across teams.
  • Diligent with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales and marketing technologies or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, social platforms) preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
