About The Position

The Sr. Analyst Real Estate is responsible for management and maintenance of the mission critical real property database. The incumbent owns the ongoing oversight, standardization, and performance reporting of the real estate management platform (TANGO), ensuring accurate decision-ready information and disciplined process controls. The Sr. Analyst Real Estate is accountable for aligning processes and stakeholders (Real Estate Managers, Real Estate Legal, Lease Accounting, landlords, external brokers, suppliers, and internal operations leaders) to execute the real estate portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to own real estate systems and software, data governance, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Proven capability to set priorities, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to standardize templates and reporting outputs.
  • Experience leveraging GIS mapping and online property records to support portfolio decisions.
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset and commitment to controls.
  • Ability to abstract and synthesize key terms from legal real estate documents into clear, actionable data.
  • Experience conducting audits, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions to close data/process gaps.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead real-time resolution and escalation when needed.
  • 4-7 years of experience in corporate real estate, lease administration, or a similar portfolio support role.

  • Experience partnering with Corporate Legal to interpret terms, manage risk, and maintain compliance (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Directs transaction pipeline, portfolio, and critical date reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Oversees abstraction of critical lease and contract information into TANGO, ensuring adherence to standards and internal controls.
  • Reviews, organizes, and quality-checks lease and contract documents, including clause capture and bookmarking, in alignment with local practices.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to remove roadblocks, resolve issues, and enable company-wide initiatives.
  • Drives issue resolution by clarifying requirements, closing data gaps, and establishing scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Supports portfolio strategy by translating leadership direction into execution plans, tracking progress, and surfacing risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinates with the TANGO support team to maintain platform performance and manage enhancement rollouts and change adoption.
  • Owns internal knowledge enablement by curating SharePoint resources and leading supplier setup coordination to ensure compliant onboarding and accurate records.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
