About The Position

The Senior Analyst supports financial planning, cost management, cloud spend, and software asset management across Platform Services. The role improves visibility into budgets and technology spending, strengthens forecasting, and helps teams make informed decisions about enterprise platforms, software, and cloud services. It combines financial analysis with hands-on operational work, including maintaining and improving reporting, investigating variances and asset data, and following recommendations through implementation and measurement. The analyst works with Finance, Procurement, platform owners, and delivery teams, with defined decision boundaries for each. The position supports annual and multi-year planning, budget development, forecasts, and in-year reforecasts; tracks actuals, commitments, forecast changes, and variances; and analyzes OPEX and CAPEX spending, planning cycles, renewals, and demand changes. It also analyzes cloud usage and costs across Azure, AWS, and GCP as applicable, identifies and implements cost-saving opportunities, and monitors cloud commitments. Software asset management responsibilities include maintaining inventory, license, entitlement, reclamation, and compliance information in ServiceNow or a comparable tool. The analyst builds reporting and dashboards, translates data into insights and recommendations, and improves data quality, automation, cost controls, and asset management processes. This is a year-round, full-time position. Broomfield-based roles follow a hybrid work environment: employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility to work offsite Mondays and Fridays. Work location arrangements and policies may change at the company’s discretion.
