Senior Analysts seek to understand clients, gather and leverage information to understand current and emerging client business priorities, problems, expectations, and needs; seeks client feedback and suggestions for improving products and services. Identifies client service issues. Identifies barriers that impact client service and retention. Drives client-focused practices. Uses understanding of client needs to institute processes, procedures, partnerships, performance expectations, and training that will improve client satisfaction and prevent service issues from occurring.
