Sr. Analyst, Customer Collaboration
About The Position
Provide a supply chain leader to partner with the supply chains of strategic, cross-business unit customers to improve service levels through direct contact and data exchange. Directly interface with strategic customers on forecast and supply. Resolve supply-related issues for products. Improve service and customer supply scorecard ratings. Work with the customer to improve supply costs and inventory turns. Plays a key role in new product launches from concept to completion. Interface weekly with customers to understand forecast changes, service and supply constraints, and communicate throughout the Novolex organization. Analyzes past and present sales and trends to anticipate needs and prevent constraints. Resolve new business opportunities for products. Resolve production, packaging, and procurement issues that interrupt Novolex’s ability to supply product.
Requirements
- BA/BS required with emphasis in sales, planning, or operations management preferred
- 5+ years of sales, business, or supply chain experience
- Experience working with Food Service Distribution Broadliners (Sysco, GFS, USF, Ed Don, etc.) a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain direct customer relationships
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Strong computer literacy – SAP, JDA, and Microsoft Office preferred
