About The Position

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies that identify insights to improve business decision-making. The role develops or changes workflows and implements process improvements to enhance products, programs, and customer service. It analyzes operational data, identifies business problems, and recommends solutions. The position also leads projects or teams, documents and communicates project concepts, milestones, and results, and supports the ongoing improvement of processes and controls.

Requirements

Four years of experience in a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement process or procedural changes.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and lead multiple activities with varying timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and contribute to business-unit and/or corporate projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Familiarity with benefits and insurance sales.
Health Insurance License.
Five or more years of sales experience.
Background in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, CRM Strategy and Optimization, Market Operations, Project Management, or Business Intelligence.
Experience supporting large-scale sales organizations, CRM platforms, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional implementations.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze operational data and develop insights in support of business objectives.
Develop and improve workflows and business processes to improve customer service, decrease operational costs, and improve overall quality.
Identify and analyze business problems and develop recommendations for solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of projects and/or teams to produce desired results.
Document and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results.
Recommend and assist with implementing standard policies and procedures.
Ensure corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Participate in systems testing, develop procedures and controls, and recommend ongoing process improvements.
Support internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information, and providing training.
Create and present reports and presentations displaying operational data and proposed business changes.
