About The Position
As a Sr Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a team of mechanical design engineers to develop high-quality products, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and provide technical guidance. You will report directly to our Sr Mechanical Design Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Honeywell Aerospace is launching the development of a new family of gas turbine engines that will help shape the future of the aerospace industry. The new family will be lighter, quieter, and more powerful while being 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuel capable. Honeywell is hiring engineers in the areas of design, analysis, controls, test, and project management to accomplish this challenging new feat. We are looking to hire individuals who thrive on thinking big, have an appetite for growth, and a passion for winning. We are specifically looking for a Mechanical Engineer with Gas Turbine experience interested in joining our Turbine team. The scope of the work will include new product design, analysis, lifting and testing support of gas turbine components for new designs, redesigns and to resolve field related issues.
