About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Mechanical Engineer (Lifing) to contribute to new product development and improve existing designs through the development and application of lifing methodologies for conventional and additively manufactured components. The candidate will conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analyses alongside component designers, applying fracture mechanics and utilizing specialized tools such as, NASGRO, DARWIN and FRANC3D. Proficiency in data analysis, mechanical testing, and lifing methodologies is essential, as is the ability to complete analyses in accordance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. The engineer will also assist with technical input on material characterization test plans for metallic and non-metallic materials.
