The Sr Admissions Rep/Registrar facilitates an efficient, professional, and effective registration process by obtaining demographic and financial information for reimbursement and statistical analysis. This role ensures complete and accurate accounts for database integrity and timely claims processing, while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency
2-5 years of problem-solving experience demonstrated in a Customer Service environment (preferably healthcare or insurance) or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of problem-solving experience demonstrated in a Customer Service environment (preferably healthcare or insurance)
Computer/keyboard skills required
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Good interpersonal skills
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Facilitating an efficient, professional, and effective registration process through the attainment of demographic and financial information via face-to-face registration that is pertinent to appropriate reimbursement and statistical analysis.
Maintaining complete and accurate accounts to ensure data base integrity and timely claims processing.
Provide support to an organizational culture that lends the highest degree of service excellence standards to all customer groups.
