The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one to three Senior Directors. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills is a requirement. What You'll Do Extensive calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external collaborators to coordinate a variety of complex meetings. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international business travel, adapting to changes in plans and requirements. Review and coordinate requests for internal and external engagements, adapting priorities as demands shift. Plan, coordinate, and complete meetings, offsites, team-building activities, and all-staff events. Attend staff meetings, capture key outcomes and actions, and compose correspondence and reports as needed. Submit, maintain, and ensure accurate and timely handling of expense reports. Look for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes Collaborate regularly with cross-functional Administrative and Executive Assistants, providing backup coverage as needed. Any other support tasks as needed. What you need to succeed BA/BS degree or 4–6 years of senior administrative experience, including supporting directors or senior leaders. Proactive, resourceful, and efficient, demonstrating a strong sense of professionalism and discretion. Exceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands, handle frequent interruptions, and meet deadlines with minimal direction. Well organized and detail oriented, with a drive to continually improve administrative processes for greater efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment and decision-making ability. Strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements. Experience in project management, handling multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong sense of trust, confidentiality, and responsibility. Proven mastery of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus. Great teammate who works well both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,800 -- $157,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $108,900 - $157,650 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
