About The Position

This is a hybrid position requiring residence in the greater Nashville area. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative support for 5 vice presidents and/or a major functional group within Envision. The Sr Admin Assistant must be able to exercise professional judgment and confidentiality to complete the day-to-day duties of the position.

Requirements

  • Written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Work independently with limited supervision.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role supporting senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic coordination and alignment of leader schedules, proactively managing shifting priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Prepares, refines, and quality‑checks confidential documents, executive presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Delivers comprehensive administrative support to departmental leadership, including drafting, reviewing, and overseeing document workflows for assigned executives.
  • Oversees invoice and expense tracking processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and timely routing for required approvals.
  • Manages the flow of information and communication across teams and offices, maintaining organized records and facilitating efficient operational connectivity.
  • Coordinates complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and securing transportation, lodging, and related logistics.
  • Independently leads or partners with cross‑functional teams on special projects—both recurring and ad hoc—supporting leadership priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
