About The Position

Main Line Talent Group is conducting a search on behalf of a confidential, fast -growing wholesale distributor based in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a direct hire placement: you will be hired directly by our client, with Main Line Talent Group managing the search process.

We are looking for a hands -on Accountant who wants more than a transaction -processing job. You will help shape the finance function of a growing business — building processes, improving accuracy, and working closely with operations. Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience in distribution, wholesale, or a similar industry
• Epicor Eclipse experience strongly preferred— GL, AP/AR, and reporting modules
• Solid Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Comfortable in a small -team environment where flexibility and initiative matter
• Self -directed and reliable; able to manage deadlines independently on remote days

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work on site 4 -5 days a week
• Experience with inventory costing methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) in Epicor Eclipse
• Multi -state sales tax compliance experience
• Experience drafting accounting SOPs

Responsibilities

• Own day -to -day accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Use Epicor Eclipse to process transactions, run reports, and maintain data integrity
• Process invoices timely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations
• Reconcile inventory and cost of goods sold with the operations team
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
