About The Position

Are you a process-minded, detail-driven professional who enjoys solving problems and bringing clarity to financial operations? Do you thrive when you’re trusted to own your work and improve how things get done? IdeaTek is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and help elevate our accounting operations. This role will play a key part in managing monthly close responsibilities, streamlining reporting, and supporting audits and reconciliation processes. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure our books are clean, accurate, and ready for confident decision-making. This is a hybrid role with minimal in-office time—ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, tech-savvy, and ready to take ownership of their work. A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing month-end timelines or reconciling key accounts. During close, you’ll be hands-on with journal entries, accruals, and cleanup tasks to help streamline reporting. Outside of close periods, you’ll focus on documentation, AP analysis, audit prep, and helping build scalable processes. You’ll touch multiple areas—from inventory and credit card coding to reporting and general ledger support—and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure accuracy across the board.
