About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Account Strategist, Agency to own the strategy and daily management of a portfolio of agency partners. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert on Criteo’s performance marketing solutions, building strong, consultative relationships across agency teams. Your goal will be to align their strategic goals with Criteo’s offerings to drive growth and retention. You will design and scale structured, repeatable engagement models and touchpoints that enable agencies to maximize their value from Criteo. Additionally, you will identify emerging agency trends and proactively evolve our engagement approach to stay ahead of industry shifts. This role involves leading strategic business reviews, campaign optimizations, and media planning sessions to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. You will analyze campaign data to surface insights and opportunities, with KPIs focused on retargeting, acquisition, and retention. A key responsibility will be to develop and implement scalable, email-based upsell strategies to drive incremental revenue across a large portfolio of clients. You will also partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., analytics, technical solutions, marketing) to identify high-potential segments and personalize messaging, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent client service. Accurate revenue forecasting across your agency portfolio, identifying new client opportunities, and hitting individual revenue targets are crucial. The ideal candidate will think both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term growth with immediate performance goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data-driven environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry (or related).
  • Proven success managing and expanding client relationships in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to provide best-in-class service and ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with the urgency of hitting near-term revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Ecommerce is preferred
