Nintendo of America is seeking a Sr Account Planner for Publisher Developer Relations. This role involves managing assigned partner and prospect accounts, overseeing operational workflows for content setup, approvals, release, and changes. The position requires staying informed about industry and account-specific news, keeping partners updated on Nintendo system updates and product enhancements, and reviewing/approving assets for digital software, packaged software, and accessories. The Sr Account Planner will serve as the primary contact for publishers and a liaison between publishers and internal departments, communicating with Product Planning management regarding production planning, Lotcheck priorities, and scheduling. This role takes a lead in Production Planning for key projects, initiating new item part number creation, setup, and data enrichment. Responsibilities also include analyzing and resolving publisher account issues, providing oversight into publisher account activities (projections, ordering trends, sell-through), and offering training and guidance to Product Planning team members. The role drives continuous process improvement to optimize systems and processes, supports the review and maintenance of standard operating procedures, and collaborates with strategic partners to promote business growth. Work will be global and cross-functional to ensure timely release of new titles and updates. Special projects will be assigned as needed. The Sr Account Planner will develop and maintain account-level sell-in forecasts, coordinate with customer accounts on merchandising efforts for digital products, generate promotional forecasts, and perform pre/post analysis. Ensuring compliance with NOA policies and procedures is crucial. The role also assists publishers and developers with system access and usability issues (NCMS, IMAS, OMAS, NDP, LBD, NOA Portal), enters sales orders for digital codes, and works with publishers and internal teams to release updates, patches, and themes. Support for JSOX and audit compliance reporting is also required.
