Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with small business clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are met.
  • Lead conversations with senior buyers and day-to-day representatives, helping them navigate complex challenges.
  • Secure renewals.
  • Negotiate service fees.
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage.
