You’ll be part of a team that champions integrity, collaboration, and innovation—values that have defined us for nearly 100 years.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
- License required
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly determine critical issues.
Nice To Haves
- Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with small business clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are met.
- Lead conversations with senior buyers and day-to-day representatives, helping them navigate complex challenges.
- Secure renewals.
- Negotiate service fees.
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage.
