You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and innovation. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, helping them navigate their employee benefits programs. You’ll lead renewal processes, analyze proposals, and present solutions that meet their needs. Using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, you’ll create impactful deliverables efficiently. You’ll also identify opportunities to introduce additional Gallagher services, such as retirement planning or HR consulting. Whether it’s resolving client concerns or conducting presentations, your work will directly contribute to their success and satisfaction.
