The position requires effectively managing a book of business, assisting producers with service plans and presentations, handling quotes and file setups for groups over 50 lives, and ensuring accurate policy reviews and implementations. The Sr. Account Manager will also manage the renewal process, respond promptly to client inquiries, maintain electronic account files, and collaborate with various stakeholders. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining technical knowledge, confidentiality, and effective working relationships with clients and insurance company representatives.
