About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to support client relationships and deliver high-quality service. This role focuses on managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships. The position requires a balance of independent work and collaboration, along with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within benefits administration and agency management software.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates to provide knowledgeable guidance.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives, including contributing to business planning and client growth efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
