About The Position

The DIRECTV Ad Sales organization is seeking a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving revenue generation from a portfolio of agency and client accounts within Omnicom (IPG). In this role, you will partner closely with sales, partnerships, and business development teams across key categories, focused on growing DIRECTV's Addressable Advertising business through Direct IO.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of television, advanced TV, and addressable advertising ecosystems.
• Proven ability to develop and grow agency and advertiser relationships.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across DIRECTV's Addressable and Advanced TV advertising solutions.
• Build and manage deep relationships across agencies, advertisers, and key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
• Develop customized advertising solutions that help clients achieve brand, audience, and business objectives through DIRECTV's addressable capabilities.
• Prospect, develop, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and grow existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with agency investment, planning, and activation teams to identify opportunities and maximize advertiser engagement.
• Coordinate with programmatic/digital counterparts, sales support, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to develop account-specific strategies and compelling sales presentations that showcase DIRECTV's platforms and audience solutions.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development through campaign execution, optimization, and post-campaign recap presentations.
• Leverage audience insights, marketplace trends, and competitive intelligence to position DIRECTV as a leading Addressable TV partner.
• Support new initiatives, product launches, and cross-platform advertising opportunities designed to drive incremental revenue for the company.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue pacing within Salesforce, providing regular business updates and performance readouts.
• Deliver marketplace and client feedback to internal stakeholders, helping shape product development, sales strategy, and future advertising solutions.
