About The Position

Group 1 Automotive is hiring a Sprinter Technician/Mechanic for its Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough dealership. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong focus on delivering a great customer service experience.

Tools appropriate to the candidate’s experience.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification(s), or certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance.
Experience as a Sprinter technician.

Responsibilities

Perform work efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Complete system diagnostics, automotive troubleshooting, and testing.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work.
Maintain an organized shop area.
Communicate directly with service advisors about the status of service work.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
