As a Junior Sprinkler Sales Executive, you’ll work alongside our experienced sales team to learn the ins and outs of sprinkler systems and the sales process at Encore. You’ll play a key supporting role while developing your skills, technical knowledge, and customer relationships. This is a learning-focused position designed to help you grow into a fully independent Sprinkler Sales Executive. You’ll spend much of your time supporting active projects and quotes, while also gradually taking on customer-facing responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Sales Executives to support day-to-day sales activities and learn how sprinkler system projects move from first conversation to final proposal. The position blends field exposure with office-based coordination, offering a strong foundation in both customer interaction and technical sales support.
