About The Position
Houston Hauling is hiring a safety-focused Spotter at its transfer station in Houston, Texas. The primary priority is to provide clear verbal and non-verbal directions to truck drivers entering the landfill to support safe and efficient traffic flow. The role also assists in the scale house approximately 20% of the time. The position involves driving employees to their work stations and performing other assigned duties at the landfill. Work takes place in all weather conditions, and the role requires repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a labor-type position.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the entire shift.

- Mechanical ability.
- Bilingual ability.
