About The Position

Reporting to the Sportsbook Supervisor, the Sportsbook Ticket Writer is the face of the retail sportsbook operation. The role provides high-level customer service to regular and novice bettors, helps customers understand available sports betting options, and supports informed, responsible wagering decisions. The position also involves following company and gaming control board rules, resolving customer concerns, collaborating with colleagues and leaders, and completing required documentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, pull, or push 25 pounds.
• Must be able to write for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, bend, or reach without significant boundaries.
• Provide high-level customer service.
• Adhere to company and gaming control board rules and regulations.
• Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
• Complete required documentation according to company policy and gaming control board standards.
