About The Position
Under the supervision of the Sportsbook Shift Manager, the incumbent assists the manager in the operation of the Sportsbook, Racebook and Keno area including, but not limited to placing bets and approving and denying wagers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of Sportsbook experience
- Bachelor degree and six (6) months of Sportsbook experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a cashier or customer service role with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts in a fast pace environment.
- Must maintain a flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assists the manager in the operation of the Sportsbook, Racebook and Keno area.
- Placing bets.
- Approving and denying wagers.
