About The Position

As a Studio Operator, you will help deliver sports betting and live-streaming content to customers through the company’s website and mobile apps across regulated locations. The Studio department provides customers with a localized sports betting product based on their location, with the goal of maximizing betting interactions.

You will prepare, monitor, and control areas of the sports website, including classification pages, offers, and live streams. The role supports the customer experience and ensures the sports product meets Trading department requirements. You will develop knowledge of global content delivery, event prioritization, and customer betting trends. The position requires flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to cover the sporting calendar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and control sports website areas, including classification pages, offers, and live streams.
• Work with scheduling and analysis teams to review the sporting calendar and ensure applicable events are considered and promoted effectively.
• Create and manage country- or state-specific content on mobile and desktop platforms.
• Monitor the company’s presence across media and ensure content is compliant and current.
• Ensure live-streaming services provide accurate live feeds of popular sporting events.
• Send internal and external communications to support effective content delivery.
