About The Position

FanDuel is hiring a Sports Trader Intern for its 10-week Summer 2027 program, running from early June through mid-August. Sports Traders use statistics, in-house models, industry news, and sports knowledge to formulate odds and manage them as events unfold. Interns will receive training and support while learning to trade live games and manage odds. The work will predominantly focus on MLB and/or WNBA. The role is based in FanDuel’s Jersey City office and requires in-office attendance five days per week. The primary workstation is on a busy trading floor with multiple screens and potentially a personal TV, amid constant noise and media activity. Quiet areas are also available. An occasional non-operational shift may be worked from home by choice. The schedule includes some weekend and out-of-hours work, while remaining limited to a maximum of five workdays per week. The internship offers a cohort experience with social events and professional development opportunities, meaningful contributions to team work, and the possibility of consideration for a full-time role or return internship. The hourly rate is $30 USD.
