Assisting the Head Women’s Head Lacrosse Coach with all aspects of coaching and administration the NCAA DIII Women’s Lacrosse program at the US Coast Guard Academy. This role involves recruiting athletically and academically qualified students, organizing, scheduling, and conducting practices and competitions. The position also requires management of home women’s lacrosse competitions and ensuring program compliance with all colleges, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Additionally, the role includes teaching skills associated with the program, maintaining statistics, and breaking down film. The expected hours for the year are approximately 500 hours total, with several weeks coaching in Fall and most coaching occurring during the spring semester. This is a temporary part-time position not to exceed 1 year, with work hours ranging from 20-29 hours per week.
