About The Position

Meet people where they are. Help them get where they deserve to be. Join U.S.VETS and support veterans experiencing homelessness by connecting them to housing, services, and hope. Are you someone who builds trust easily, communicates well, and isn’t afraid to step outside of an office to meet people in the community? Do you thrive in work that is fast-paced, people-centered, and mission-driven? U.S.VETS—the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to preventing and ending veteran homelessness—is seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our Las Vegas team and help connect veterans to critical housing and support services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and comfortable working directly in the community with veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability. As an Outreach Specialist, you will provide direct outreach services to veterans in shelters, treatment programs, transitional housing programs, and other community locations.
