About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Sporting Goods Associate in Havre, Montana. The associate contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The role calls for an authentic, enthusiastic team member who enjoys the North 40 lifestyle and prioritizes service.

The position requires availability for scheduled shifts during store business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling may vary according to business needs.

• Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts during store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
